Healing Your Body

When faced with a diagnosis, prognosis and/or a demand to make changes for wellbeing, a sense of overwhelm and confusion can arise. This workshop is designed to support you in the empowerment process necessary to overcome physical and emotional obstacles that stand in your way. We will address Prochaska’s Stages of Change model as well as Kubler-Ross Grief and Loss model. As you know, change requires a certain level of ability to face loss as it relates to the way your life used to be. You will feel supported and empowered with your journey to health through this workshop.

Mindful Based Healing 101

We are excited to introduce Liz Meyers of Rooted Wellness. She will be Delivering an exciting interactive workshop on mindful healing.

In this workshop you will learn and practice mindfulness based techniques to manage stress and to support your healing process. Mindfulness is about cultivating the present moment while accepting all that arises. When we can sit in a mindful state, we become aware of our current ways of being, and this awareness can lead to a deep spiritual awakening. We will learn and practice meditation, guided imagery, yogic philosophy, positive psychology, relaxation techniques and so much more. I will play the soothing sounds of the hapi drum to ease this experiential process.

-1st Tuesday of each month

-Free for current and new coaching clients of Liz Meyers
